On long adventures or multi-day stages, the comfort of cycling is always a guarantee of success. The new Ixa Bidai cycling shorts are designed to offer exceptional comfort for one or more day rides, with the added benefit of extra pockets for easy transport.
Manufactured using Powersystem Active technology, the fabric fibers are endowed with elasticity and adaptability, obtaining a pant with an excellent elastic feel and with stable support that adapts to the anatomy of any cyclist.
The patterning is designed to offer great comfort on long trips and make it easy to carry small items that are needed during the ride. The Active fabric panels that make up the bib are arranged for moderate compression, the seams on the inner thighs are eliminated, allowing a precise fit that remains stable throughout the ride, and the microperforated fabric on the back and shoulders improves perspiration with a pleasantly cool feel. In the legs and lower back, two ergonomic pockets are added respectively that allow safe transport of route food or small items, improving the carrying capacity offered by a jersey or on-course access if worn in a backpack.
We use Etxeondo Precision & Movement technology to enable us to give the perfect anatomical shape to the Berasa chamois so that its fit to the cyclist and its positioning in the shorts is unbeatable. The chamois is attached to the shorts using silky elastic threads, so that the seam follows the movement of the fabric.
The chamois used is the Berasa model. To optimize rider comfort, we add a high-density central insert developed exclusively by Etxeondo. A high-density foam is used with the latest cutting technology available on the market to eliminate any point stiffness, then the moisture-absorbing qualities offered by the use of this type of foam keeps the chamois dry.
