Description
The new Miche K1 EVO is made from T700 UD carbon with an asymmetrical rim profile that increases internal width to 29 mm (2 mm more than the original K1). The rim height is 26 mm, with a triangular section and much wider hookless beads 3.5 mm thick for better protection against punctures.
According to the Italian manufacturer, the Miche K1 EVO features an 11% increase in stiffness thanks to the new rim shape. This increase in stiffness does not affect lightness, as the wheelset boasts a declared weight of just 1,365 grams, with tubeless tape and valves installed.
The wheelset is completed by the brand's machined aluminum hubs, Ergal body, sealed SKF high-performance bearings, 24 straight tapered stainless steel spokes, 7075 alloy nipples and 12x110 mm and 15x148 mm Boost axles.
