In addition to biomechanical performance, we wanted everyone to experience the Q-Rings - the OCP3 Q-Rings offer all the performance advantages of the standard 110BCD Q-Rings while accommodating non-standard crank designs. OCP3's subtle 10% ovalization works with your body's biomechanics to more efficiently distribute effort between muscles without overloading specific groups.
