Our BikeYoke Shifty is a small but extremely effective adjustment piece for your 1x11 or 1x12 SRAM transmission.
Especially in adverse weather conditions with bombardments of water, dirt and mud, it should be noted that SRAM 1x11 and 1x12 rear derailleurs significantly lose their shifting accuracy, because the original shift roller rotates without bearings with its plastic body on a steel axle. The friction between these two parts increases enormously when things get really dirty. This is particularly noticeable in "heavy" driveways, where the tensile stress decreases and no longer provides a sufficient frictional connection to take the pulley with you. Instead of rotating with the roller, the shifting cable slides over the pulley with increased friction and also causes so-called "phantom shift" or inaccurate shifting.
Shifty is made of anodized 6061-T6 aluminum and is rotatably mounted on a stainless steel ball bearing sealed on both sides, which allows ultra-fast shifting even in dirt.
Each Shifty now comes with a free screw kit, with which the Shifty can now also be mounted on popular and cheaper rear derailleurs (e.g. GX Eagle and NX Eagle), where there is no screw connection in the original. All you have to do is remove the original rivet, then the Shifty can be mounted with the supplied screw kit.
