Features:
- Detach the old L-bolt from the knob by unscrewing it counterclockwise. Use a screwdriver to remove the knob bolt from the nut inside the knob.
- Remove the body bolt and nut from the frame.
- Mount the adapter bracket to the frame using the bolt and nut provided. Secure the nut with a wrench.
- Insert the new L-bolt into the frame bracket and screw it into the new button through the hole in the adapter.
- Insert the resistance unit into the adapter bracket using the original bolt and nut and secure the nut with a wrench.
- Attach the bike to the simulator and tighten the knob until the roller properly compresses the tire.
