The principle of down-country is: climb fast, descend fast and repeat. The Moventor 2.0 MIPS is almost perfectly suited to the demands of mountain bikers. The MTB helmet is light, well ventilated and has a deeper fit that offers better protection to the back of the head. When the track is facing down, the ten air inlets and nine air outlets provide good ventilation. In addition to the multitude of thoughtful features for off-road use, the MIPS model has impact protection. This is designed to protect the brain, especially if the rider's head hits the ground at an angle during a fall. This exposes the brain to strong rotational movements that can lead to serious brain damage. With the MIPS system, a low-friction moving plastic shell is integrated into the helmet to reduce rotation and better protect the head.
