• The Agu Original Essential rain suit is based on a design from 1977 that won an award in a design competition organized by the Dutch Ministry of Transport. The look has remained, while the technology has been refined.
• The rain suit is made from 100% recycled polyester. Hence, it carries the Greensphere label from Agu. You are making a sustainable choice.
• Under the modern exterior fabric with its matte appearance lies the Poray 5,000 membrane. In normal rain, water cannot pass through this waterproof and windproof layer. The higher the Poray number, the better the waterproofing.
• Thanks to the Poray 5,000 membrane, the raincoat is also breathable. The higher the Poray number, the better the breathability.
• The fully welded seams and double YKK zippers prevent water from getting in.
• The front of the jacket sleeves is longer to protect against the rain. You can completely close the sleeves at the wrists to keep the water and wind out.
• The front of the trousers is longer. This ensures that the trousers fall well over the shoes. With press studs, you ensure that the trouser legs fit snugly around the shoe.
• The reflective elements on the rain suit enhance visibility in the dark, thus increasing safety in traffic.
• Not raining (yet)? Even then, you can wear the raincoat. The hood is removable.
• The nice and compact rain suit comes with a handy pouch with a wrist strap.
