Puky Draisienne child LR 1L Br

Top performance for little runners

The PUKY LR 1 L Br is the perfect racing bike for little pros who are already safe on the road and looking for a new challenge. Specially designed for children from 2.5 years old, it helps develop coordination and the sense of riding. A special feature is the child-friendly drum brake on the rear wheel, which allows kids to learn how to use a brake lever very early on. The brake is easy to use and requires little maintenance, with the brake lever designed so that small hands can maintain a good grip on the handlebars, even when braking. The sturdy steel frame with a low access and a step-through enables easy mounting and dismounting from the bike and ensures safety on descents, while the safety grips and padding on the handlebars provide additional protection in case of minor bumps. For a pleasant riding experience, the ball-bearing and air-filled wheels ensure quiet operation, optimal grip, and high riding comfort. The ergonomic saddle supports the child’s natural movements, and with the height-adjustable handlebars and saddle, the bike grows with the child. The shock-resistant powder coating, manufactured in the PUKY factory in Wülfrath, guarantees a long lifespan. The PUKY wheels are an ideal addition to the classic scooter and the perfect prelude to the first children's bike, as they impress with their low access and child-friendly ergonomics.

• Low entry: The low entry of our bikes allows for easy mounting and dismounting, giving beginners great security and confidence in the vehicle and their own abilities. Learning is thus quicker and the joy of physical activity is increased.
• Special wheel saddle: The specially designed "banana saddle" for our balance bikes provides children with secure support and aids their walking movements. As the pushing force can only be transmitted through the saddle, the shape of the wheel must be quite different from that of a bike to ensure the child's safety and good control of the vehicle.
• Safety handlebars: Safety and child-friendly features are at the heart of all PUKY vehicles. Thus, PUKY was the first manufacturer to install special safety handlebars with large impact surfaces. These protect against injuries in case the child falls onto the handlebars. At the same time, the safety grips prevent any unintentional lateral slipping. The design of the grip provides good hold and the small diameter suitable for children's hands allows for complete wrapping around the grip.
• Comfort and riding pleasure: The PUKY LR 1L BR with brake offers high riding comfort and a pleasant journey thanks to its pneumatic tyres. Discover a relaxed riding feel on all terrains.
