Technology overview

At the core of GORE-TEX fabrics is an extremely fine cutting-edge technology that is permanently waterproof, windproof, and breathable. It contains over 1.4 billion pores per cm². Each pore is 20,000 times smaller than a water droplet but 700 times larger than a water vapour molecule (sweat). In other words, rain does not penetrate but sweat evaporates. The result: you stay dry in all circumstances.
