At the heart of its innovation is its carbon fibre structure, which guarantees absolute rigidity, great lightness, and consistent power transfer. This results in a continuous, smooth, and efficient push that supports the cyclist with every pedal stroke.

This carbon structure is combined with a 7075 aluminium tooth profile, an aerospace-derived alloy chosen for its extraordinary lightness and ability to withstand the most challenging loads. Thanks to the thick hard oxide thermal treatment, the ULTRA sprocket maintains high performance over time, ensuring reliability and durability for both the chainring and chain.

Every step of the production process is defined with absolute precision: the stabilisation of the composite occurs at controlled temperatures and pressures, sealing the perfect orientation of the carbon fibres. This process is a testament to Campagnolo's expertise in handling advanced materials.

Designed and produced in the Vicenza factory, ULTRA is much more than a concentration of technology. It's a blend of style and performance: the logo and details, obtained directly from the mould, reflect the attention to detail and elegance that have always distinguished Campagnolo products. The ULTRA version is available in two configurations, 50 and 52 teeth.
