Craft Shoe covers Core Hydro. CORE Hydro Bootie is a waterproof shoe cover with taped seams that keeps your feet dry on wet outings. The shoe cover is made of elastic, windproof and waterproof fabrics and features heel and nose reinforcements, a waterproof zipper at the back and a Velcro adjuster at the top of the upper for a perfect fit. All seams are covered with waterproof tape. Fits all types of cycling shoes.
