Bioracer Bike suit Speedwear Concept TT

Every serious cyclist knows which brand of cycling clothing has won the most medals in time trials since July 2012. For these riders, Bioracer has developed an individual version of its medal-winning Speedmaster TT suit: the Speedwear Concept Aerosuit.

The suit is made from a combination of New Monica and our aerodynamic Stripe fabric. The main fabric has been slightly modified with Speedsilk, a fabric technology that enhances the aerodynamics of regular Lycra fabric.

The sleeves feature a newly improved aerodynamic cut and are made from a more efficient aerodynamic fabric, Stripe. The cut and the fabric are derived from our highly acclaimed Speedmaster racing suit. Since London 2012, it has been the most copied and successful racing suit, a pedigree to be proud of.

The Vapor Men padding is part of our latest generation of pads, and it represents a significant advancement in breathability and cushioning. The main research question during development was: how to improve the cushioning needed to cope with the stiffness of carbon bikes without adding extra material for protection? The result: Vapor technology.

The padding materials consist of a breathable top layer that reduces friction. Two intermediate layers ensure breathability and moisture transport. The main layer is where the magic happens. We use Evapore, which is a 3D strap with enhanced cushioning qualities. When subjected to stress, Evapore transforms into a rubbery state, so even when fully compressed, it continues to cushion. Additionally, this material is hydrophobic, which means it wicks away sweat. The pad stays dry at all times.
