Frame Concorde V3

Each tube of the Concorde V3 is hydroformed to achieve an optimal balance between lightness, strength, and aerodynamics. The attention to detail is evident, particularly in the innovative design at the junction of the top tube, bottom bracket, and rear stays. This junction is the result of precise engineering by the Inspyre team.

The generous cross-section and smooth transitions ensure optimal load distribution, creating a structure with exceptional lateral stiffness. This increased stiffness significantly improves pedalling efficiency, ensuring optimal power transfer to the drivetrain. By minimising frame flex, the Concorde V3 maximises energy return, providing an unmatched riding experience on BMX tracks. The use of tubes with varying thicknesses represents a significant advancement, allowing for a weight reduction of the Concorde V3 without compromising its overall strength and rigidity.

The Concorde V3 is characterised by flat welds, providing an exceptional quality finish. In terms of paint, no detail has been overlooked, with the application of stickers under varnish, adding a touch of extra refinement. Every element has been considered to ensure not only optimal performance, but also an elegant and well-finished appearance.

In compliance with the IS 45x45 standard, we recommend using PRIDE RACING headsets that perfectly fit the CNC-machined hourglass-shaped head tube. The head tubes of the Concorde remain low, measuring 110 mm for children and 115 mm for adults, in order to lower the handlebars as much as possible, promoting an aggressive position at the start and on the track.

The oversized rear stays provide increased stiffness, and our stay assembly with a wide bottom bracket further contributes to this robustness. The stays fit perfectly across the entire width of the bottom bracket shell to ensure maximum lateral stiffness.

The Junior, Expert, and Expert XL versions feature specific tubes tailored to the morphology of young riders, ensuring a bike that is less rigid and lighter than the adult version. After all, our young riders are lighter and less powerful, so why offer the same tubes and structure?

The SWELL V2 dropouts offer a real adjustment range of 25 mm. The internal plates made from 7075-T6 aluminium that make up the dropout stay in place even when you remove the wheel, providing optimal ease of use during maintenance. The chain tensioning system operates using two CNC-machined knobs, all mounted on a stainless axle. The disc dropout is of the postmount standard for a 120 mm disc; however, it is possible to ride with a 140 mm disc thanks to a +20 mm spacer. This dropout is supplied as standard for a 15 mm through axle ( sold separately). 15mm to 10mm adapters are included with the frame.

Furthermore, this dropout is compatible with the ADS chain tensioner, offering the ability to adjust your wheelbase regardless of your gear ratio.
