Hydraulic Brake Bleed Kit - DOT
The BKD-1.2 hydraulic brake bleed kit will bleed most models of hydraulic disc brakes using DOT fluid, including models made by SRAM®, Formula®, Hayes® and Hope®. Bleeding hydraulic brakes removes air bubbles and contaminants from the braking system, ensuring durable components and optimal performance.

The BKD-1.2 is designed for the rigours of daily commercial use and includes two syringes, tubes with stop clips, multi-size bleed blocks, and a set of our unique mountable syringe holders, as well as several pipe fittings to fit the multiple standards found on hydraulic bike brake systems. Each piece is replaceable and available from Park Tool. Housed in a sturdy storage case.

: The BKD-1.2 is specifically for bike hydraulic braking systems using DOT fluid. DOT fluid and mineral oil must never be mixed in the braking system or in their respective maintenance tools. Cross-contamination of brake fluid can cause seal failure, which may lead to brake failure. For mineral oil braking systems, use the Park Tool hydraulic brake bleed kit BKM-1.2 - Mineral Oil.
