In order to achieve extreme resilience, the materials used have been carefully selected: The tarp that is used here is also used for offshore oil barriers, where it must be able to withstand the stormiest waves in salt seas. A more severe resistance test is therefore hardly possible. The cotton areas have a waterproof and water-repellent coating so that rain and water splashes can drain away and not penetrate the fabric. The components are assembled by hand with loving and precise welding in Bielefeld (Allemagne). Furthermore, all components are from Europe (cotton fromItalie and tarpaulin from Finlande).
As usual for the trunk bags racktime, the YVES is also equipped with a Snap it adapter, which allows a safe and easy installation on all the supports of the racktime system. In addition, the bevelled design is perfectly adapted to the driver's ergonomics.
