The XX Eagle Transmission derailleur radically changes the relationship between cassette and derailleur. Designed as an integrated component, interdependent with the drivetrain, the T-Type derailleur mounts around the wheel axle, in direct contact with the cassette, thanks to a novel dropout-free interface. Its absolutely revolutionary Full Mount mounting method creates a much stronger connection by attaching to both sides of the frame. The intuitive installation and coupling procedures of the new Transmission derailleurs are identical to those of our Eagle AXS derailleurs. This compact design incorporates replaceable protective plates to enhance reliability in top-level competition. To further enhance performance, the lower Magic Wheel continues to turn even if an object enters the mechanism. What's more, the XX Eagle Transmission derailleur with Overload Clutch protection requires only routine maintenance and offers features that today's riders will really appreciate. These include unprecedented shifting performance and rock-solid durability.
