The GX Eagle AXS derailleur is smart enough to protect itself with an extremely durable Overload Clutch.

Designed with the many preferences of cyclists in mind, it is compatible with our 10-52 tooth cassette and its extended development range as well as our 10-50 tooth cassette. The GX Eagle AXS derailleur that showcases its heritage from the proven GX Eagle mechanical range is there for one thing only: to fulfill its purpose

It's an all-new derailleur specifically designed and optimized to work with a motor rather than a cable. AXS™ components allow for customization and sticking as close as possible to each rider's preferences via the AXS™ app.

Its shortened clevis offers 10mm more between the derailleur and the ground and allows for better chain wrap on the cassette. It can then be fixed more inward and forward than a mechanical Eagle™ derailleur.
