This bottom bracket offers improved rigidity thanks to the 30 mm bottom bracket axle. This increased rigidity allows a better transmission of the pedaling power. Also note that as the bearing surface of the crankset and the bearings is reduced, friction is reduced, always to the benefit of performance.
