Description
The oval chainrings are compatible with the new ALDHU 3D+ cranks, the lightest crankset ever created by ROTOR, but also compatible with Shimano® 4-spindle cranks. When mounted on ROTOR's ALDHU 3D+ cranks, these Q RINGS can be adjusted in one degree increments. When mounted on Shimano® cranks, the chainrings will be in the medium OCP3 position, which is the position most commonly used by road racers.

Q-rings minimize the time spent in neutral while pedaling.
How does it work?
The Q-Rings reduce the detrimental effect of the neutral position thanks to their oval shape. The sprocket is at its lowest point when neutral is reached, allowing for less forceful, faster, smoother shifting. As soon as the pedal passes neutral, the height of the Q-Ring increases, thus presenting the greatest leverage at the time your muscles can deliver their maximum power.
