Description
The latest addition to the ROTOR MTB range, along with its big brother Hawk, the Raptor crankset is a crankset designed for committed Enduro and DH riding, thanks in particular to its reinforced design and its protections.
The Raptor crankset consists of 3 distinct parts: a left crank, a right crank where the Direct Mount chainring is placed, and an independent axle.
This system offers absolute versatility. So, if your frame is a classic, Boost or DH frame, or if your future frame uses another standard, only the axle will have to be changed.
Original in its look, the Raptor crankset benefits from cleverly placed protections on the crank tips in case of shocks and on the cranks to protect them from the rubbing of the shoe. These coloured protections are interchangeable to allow you to match the crankset as you wish.
This new generation of ROTOR cranksets uses Direct Mount chainrings that adopt a micro-groove system, optimizing the placement of the brand's oval chainrings.
Forged and machined from 6082 aluminum, the ROTOR Raptor crankset features an ultra-strong and rigid design. Slightly heavier than its big brother Hawk, the Raptor opens the way to a new generation of crankset.
