The new Super Record 12x2 Speed crankset, made of carbon fiber lightened inside thanks to the "Hollow Technology" Campagnolo, uses the Ultra-Torque closing system with titanium axle to transfer to the drivetrain all the power delivered by the athlete on the pedals. The new Super Record™ 12x2 Speed crankset can be mounted on any type of frame, whether for disc brakes or not, as it optimizes the chain line on frames with 130, 135 or 142 millimetre rear stops without influencing the Q-factor, which remains at 145.5 millimetres, thanks to the new crank design. The use of CULT ceramic bearings provides the now famous smoothness that has become the trademark of Campagnolo. The innovative design of the straight chainring, thanks in particular to the shaped spindle, ensures faster and quieter shifting on the way up. The symmetrical design of the chainring teeth also improves stability in chain crossings. The standard double centre distance (112 and 145 millimetres) in combination with the 8 fixing screws, optimises weight and rigidity, thanks to a greater use of carbon fibre.
